Information you provide

We collect the contact and project information you send us. We use it to answer enquiries, prepare proposals and follow up about your project. Messages and contact details are not published on the site.

Website use and security

Technical information, including IP address, browser information and requested page addresses, may be processed by hosting and security providers to operate and protect the site. We use self-hosted Umami analytics to understand visits, service-page use and contact actions. It does not set analytics cookies or use advertising pixels.

Analytics and interaction recording

Analytics records page visits, referring sites, browser and device information, and actions such as opening the contact form or clicking a phone or email link. Events use page and service categories, without contact or project details.

We sample 10% of visits for session replay and heatmaps to see where people click, scroll or encounter problems. Recording masks input values and blocks the contact dialog and forms, including confirmation and error messages. Nothing you type into the contact form is recorded. Each recording is limited to 15 minutes.

Sharing and retention

Service providers supporting hosting, communications and security may process information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, including handling correspondence, project work, security and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask about information we hold, or request correction or deletion, by emailing ask@orlandopermit.com. Analytics and interaction recording respect your browser's Do Not Track setting. You can also turn them off for this browser below. The choice is saved in this site's local browser storage.

The contact form uses a verification service to protect against spam. You can also contact us by phone or email.
