The previous tenant's drawings may not show later alterations or suit your business. We review available records, ceiling heights and utility information, then identify what needs verification. Landlord requirements and equipment information belong in the scope from the start.

A new use can affect life safety and MEP requirements even when few physical changes are planned. We review the operation and existing approvals before defining the drawings.
Can you work with my contractor?
Yes. We coordinate equipment, existing-condition questions and construction details related to our drawings. Review and construction support are defined in the proposal.
