Looking for an engineer or architect in Orlando? Our in-house PE prepares most home plans. We work with a licensed Orlando architect on commercial projects and any work requiring an architectural seal, from tenant spaces to changes of use.

Send the full notice or inspection item. We review the records and define the revised plans, engineering letter or repair details needed within our scope.

Records first, site visits when needed
Routine site visits are available in Orlando when existing conditions need to be documented in person. We review the records first and confirm the areas to be evaluated, access and visit schedule with you.
An Orlando mailing address does not by itself identify the permitting department. Send the property address and any permit number so we can confirm whether the City of Orlando or another jurisdiction handles the file. We have experience with Orange County Fast Track, including permit plans and responses to review comments.
Project records
Bring the file you already have
Send the address, proposed work and available plans, survey or photos. For an open permit, include the permit number, current drawings and full comment or inspection notice. We identify missing information and confirm the scope, fee and expected schedule before work begins.
Our plans and evaluations support the permit process. The reviewing department controls approval and required inspections.
