Bring the landlord's plan and describe the business, staffing and equipment. We coordinate the architectural, MEP and life safety documents around the intended operation.
If the work is already built or a permit has comments, send the complete file. We review what can be verified and identify any engineering letters, repairs or revised drawings needed.
Routine field visits are based in Orlando and Orange County. For Osceola County projects, we review the records and confirm any required site observations and visit availability before agreeing to the scope.
Send the property address, permit number and the name of the reviewing department. Mention association requirements or prior changes to the property so those can be considered alongside the design.
Send the address, proposed work and available plans, survey or photos. For an open permit, include the permit number, current drawings and full comment or inspection notice. We identify missing information and confirm the scope, fee and expected schedule before work begins.
Our plans and evaluations support the permit process. The reviewing department controls approval and required inspections.
