Changes to existing homes

Send the full notice, current plans and any inspection record. We identify the engineering scope, additional access and documentation needed for the outstanding items.
Our routine site-visit area is Orlando and Orange County. For Seminole County, we start with photos, records and the survey, then confirm whether a visit is needed and can be arranged for the location and scope.
Tell us which city or unincorporated area the property is in, and include any open permit number. City and county files can involve different contacts; we work from the actual review correspondence.
Send the address, proposed work and available plans, survey or photos. For an open permit, include the permit number, current drawings and full comment or inspection notice. We identify missing information and confirm the scope, fee and expected schedule before work begins.
Our plans and evaluations support the permit process. The reviewing department controls approval and required inspections.
