An addition, porch or carport needs clear framing and connection details. We review the existing house, proposed footprint and available survey before developing the plans.
We work with owners in Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere, Apopka and nearby communities. Our in-house PE prepares most residential plans and the engineering for commercial projects; a licensed Orlando architect handles commercial architectural work and any scope requiring an architectural seal.

Site and drainage coordination
Send the survey and information about existing grades, easements, utilities or septic. We identify what the site drawings need to show and coordinate them with the building.
Commercial alterations
For a shop, office or service space, we review the business operation, landlord records and equipment. Architectural, MEP and life safety requirements are included in the agreed scope.
Field information
Records first, site visits when needed
Routine visits are available throughout Orange County, including these western communities. For nearby Clermont, Minneola and Montverde in Lake County, we review the records and confirm any field arrangements separately.
Send the exact address so we can identify the city or county reviewing the project. Include previous alterations, HOA requirements and any drainage or permit comments in the initial information. We have experience with Orange County Fast Track, including permit plans and responses to review comments.
Project records
Bring the file you already have
Send the address, proposed work and available plans, survey or photos. For an open permit, include the permit number, current drawings and full comment or inspection notice. We identify missing information and confirm the scope, fee and expected schedule before work begins.
Our plans and evaluations support the permit process. The reviewing department controls approval and required inspections.
