Routine site visits are available for properties in Orange County. We confirm the address and county boundary at intake; field work outside that area is arranged according to the location and scope.

Send the address, proposed work and available plans, survey or photos. For an open permit, include the permit number, current drawings and full comment or inspection notice. We identify missing information and confirm the scope, fee and expected schedule before work begins.
Our plans and evaluations support the permit process. The reviewing department controls approval and required inspections.
